Kathmandu (1300m)
Arrival in Kathmandu, meet by our officer with warm welcome by Rudrakshya mala in the airport and transfer to hotel. Rest day at relax and free.
Kathmandu
Sightseeing tour in Kathmandu: Pashupatinath Temple & Budhanilkantha Temple. Afternoon free for your trip preparation. Tour briefing in the Hotel meeting hall at evening along with down jacket distribution.
Syabrubesi / Timure (1800m)
After early breakfast, by 07.00 am drive to Syabrubesi (1600m / 145 km / 6 - 7 hrs) or Timure (1800m / 157 km / 7-8 hrs) along through scenic Trishuli river and criss cross mountain road with some off road near to border side.
Kyirong (2900m)
Drive to Rasuwagadhi (1950m / 15 km / 45 min from Syabrubesi), then complete immigration & custom formalities in Nepal & Tibet side at Rasuwagadhi, then meet with Tibetan guide and driver and continue further drive to Kyirong town (2900m) – 1 hrs / 35 km.
Kyirong
Acclimatization day in Kyirong. Today we will take rest in Kyirong for the acclimatization purpose. You will walk around Kyirong town warming up the body which is helpful for the adoption of the Tibet climate.
Saga (4400m)
After breakfast, drive to Saga via Kyirong High Pass, Peiku Tso Lake & Brahmaputra River (4400m / 170 km / 4 hrs). You will get hot pack lunch for today. Dinner at hotel in Saga.
Lake Manasarov ar (4600m)
Drive, Saga to Chiu Gompa (4600m) via Mayum-La High Pass & driving around Lake Manasarovar – 9 hrs / 510 km. Hot pack lunch on the way and dinner at guesthouse in Chiugompa.
Darchen (4700m)
Morning, holy bath & puja in Lake Manasarovar & after lunch drive to Darchen (4700m) – 1 hr / 40 km. You can stroll around market in Darchen for acclimatization and shopping of any useful things for Kailash Kora or for Souvenir.
Diraphuk (4950m)
After breakfast, get pack lunch then drive to Yama Dwar (8 km / 30 min), do darshan of closest view of Mt. Kailash (south face) & then start trekking to Diraphuk (4950m) – 5-6 hrs / 14 km. Those who are not going for kora will stay back in hotel at Darchen.
Zuthulphuk (4850)
Early morning wake up to have darshan of Golden Kailash on clear weather day. By the same time have early breakfast and start trekking from Diraphuk to Zuthulphuk (4850m) passing through Dolma La High Pass (5600m) & Gauri Kunda darshan – 9-10 hrs / 22 km.
Saga
Trek upto near Darchen (1.5 hrs / 08 km) and then drive to Darchen for breakfast and meet all group members, get hot pack lunch then continue drive to Dongba (4400m / 6 hrs / 325km) Or towards Saga (4400m / 8 hrs / 490 km. Late evening reach at Dongba or Saga and have dinner.
Kyirong
Back journey, drive to Kyirong Town from New Dongba – 335 km / 6 hrs Or from Saga – 170 km / 4 hrs.
Kathmandu
Drive back to Kathmandu via Rasuwagadhi border completing immigration formalities – 8 hrs / 195 km.
Departure
After breakfast, departure to the airport for your flight to home.

1. Booking & Payments
- A non-refundable booking amount of ₹50,000/- per person is required to initiate registration.
Booking Procedure:
- Booking is confirmed only upon receipt of the booking amount, duly signed T&C, medical fitness certificate, and passport copy.
- Balance payment must be completed 45 days prior to departure or as per due date communicated.
- All payments should be made via bank transfer/cheque in favour of GSG Holidays India LLP
- Registration amount is non-refundable under any circumstances.
2. Tour Price
- All prices are subject to revision due to changes in airfare, hotel tariffs, Tibet/China permit fees, taxes, currency fluctuations, or supplier costs.
3. Medical & Fitness
- All Yatris must be declared medically fit by a registered MBBS doctor.
- Get Set Go Holidays reserves the right to reject any participant deemed unfit for high-altitude travel.
- Guests with pre-existing conditions like heart, lung, blood pressure, or diabetes must disclose at booking.
4. Permits, Visa & Documents
- Chinese Group Visa and Tibet Travel Permit are arranged by us, subject to approval by Chinese authorities.
- Visa approval is at the sole discretion of the issuing authority. Get Set Go Holidays is not liable for visa rejection.
- Guests must carry original passport valid for minimum 6 months from return date.
5. Itinerary & Route
- Get Set Go Holidays reserves the right to alter, amend, or modify the itinerary, route, or dates due to weather, landslides, road conditions, airline disruptions, government restrictions, or force majeure events. Every effort will be made to provide suitable alternatives.
6. Hotels, Transport & Meals
- Accommodation in Kathmandu/Nepalgunj is in standard hotels on twin/triple sharing. In Tibet, accommodation is in basic guesthouses/govt lodges with common facilities.
- Transport in Tibet is by non-AC bus/coach due to terrain.
- Meals are pure vegetarian. No choice of menu available.
7. Travel Insurance
- Travel insurance covering high-altitude evacuation up to 6000m is mandatory. Get Set Go Holidays is not liable for any loss, injury, or damage during the Yatra.
8. Cancellation Policy
- More than 60 days prior to departure: Registration amount of ₹50,000/- will be forfeited
- 60 to 45 days: 50% of tour cost
- 45 to 30 days: 75% of tour cost
- 30 days to departure / No-show: 100% of tour cost
9. Force Majeure & Special Conditions
- The Yatra is subject to weather, landslides, natural calamities, government restrictions, political disturbances, and airline disruptions.
- Any additional costs for accommodation, meals, transport, evacuation, helicopter rescue, or extended stay due to such events shall be borne by the guest directly.
- Get Set Go Holidays shall not be liable for any consequential loss, injury, or death during the Yatra.
- If the China Government cancels the Yatra, eligible refunds for the land package will be processed within 90 to 120 days, subject to recovery from suppliers. Visa and permit fees are non-refundable.
10. Limitation of Liability
- Get Set Go Holidays acts only as a tour organizer and facilitator. We are not liable for any delay, deficiency, injury, loss, or damage caused by independent service providers such as airlines, hotels, transporters, or local authorities in India, Nepal, or Tibet.
11. Jurisdiction
- All disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Pune, Maharashtra.Guest
